About

Location: Imbasa is set next door to the 30,000-hectare Mokala National Park where visitors can go for day trips to Mokala to view black and white rhino, Cape buffalo, roan antelope, tsessebe, giraffe and many other plains game plus intriguing birds, such as martial eagles and Cape vultures.

About your host at Imbasa Safari: Team, Imbasa Safari. We offer game drives and sundowner drives at Imbasa where you can view our magnificent Buffalo, Roan and other plains game which is a wonderful way to get up close to view the animals. In our SPA you can pamper yourself with a massage or a relaxing sauna after a long day in the bush. Sauna is free to use while spa treatments must be arranged and pre-booked in advance. 

­­­­­­Hunting experience at Imbasa Safari: At Imbasa we offer rifle and bow hunting, with experienced professional hunters and the best local trackers. On our 2000 hectares of savannah bushveld grounds you will find plenty of plains game. We also offer 30000 hectares of hunting concessions in the immediate surrounding areas and 30000 hectares in the Eastern Cape. The hunting technique used is mainly walk and stalk. South Africa is a paradise for plains game hunting with an abundance of species. The plains game hunt is an affordable and exiting hunt. The species available varies from region to region, please contact us for more information about the game available on our hunting grounds and concessions.Imbasa is fully equipped for bow hunting with excellent hunting blinds. The blinds are placed strategically along game paths or in the proximity of waterholes.We also offer very exiting bird shooting at Imbasa and at our concessions.
