We enjoy all kinds of hunting, but for us nothing compares to the driven hunt. After more than 30 years of experience and organisation of driven hunts in Europe and South Africa we got the opportunity to set-up this unique project in the Limpopo province. The result is a “once in a lifetime” experience in beautiful South Africa for all fans of driven hunt. What driven hunts make so exciting is the unexpected, not knowing what will come. In European driven hunt only 4 types of game are hunted, in African driven hunt 15 types of game are huntable. And besides of that, you’ll be surprised by giraffes, baboons, guinea fowl and lots of other game passing your post. These numerous wild animals, stunning accomodation and the hunting in this warm and beautiful South Africa will offer you an unforgettable hunting holiday. The newly built lodge and guest rooms all offer the highest comfort required to give you the five star feeling all the way during this hunting trip. All you have to do is hunt… we take care of the rest.

The hunting area is as large as 32.000 hectares and 3 times per year a driven hunt is organised. Only this way we can guarantee each group a first class hunting experience with the possibility to bag nice trophy animals. We hunt on an “all inclusive package” with a group of 13 to 15 hunters, 5 to 6 drives per day. The expected tableau after 6 days of hunting is around 180 pieces of big game animals from Duiker, over Oryx until giant Eland. Every hunter stands above the ground on small highseats called “miradors” which guarantees their safety during the hunt. You also do not need any effort as every hunter will be posted by jeep. Groups as well as sole hunters are welcome to participate, just contact us and we will fit you in a well composed group. Partners of the hunters are more then welcome, they can of course join the hunters but there are also several day trips organized for them.

Expect the unexpected and still be surprised during this unique hunting adventure! Higher price class, please demand your quotation through the contact form.

This is the game which will be hunted :

Giant Eland – Kudu – Oryx – Wildebeest (gnoe) – Waterbuck – Zebra – Duiker – Steenbuck – Impala – Nyala – Blesbuck – Bushbuck – Baboon – Warthog – Bushpig – Ostrich – Jackal – Hyena.

We’ll land in the evening in Johannesburg and from there it will take another 4 to 5 hours driving by bus to arrive at the lodge. First the rifles will be cleared by customs and instead of starting the coach trip that same evening, we’ll stay overnight in the hotel near the airport. This will assure that everyone’s fresh the next morning to travel further after a jointly breakfast.

We had an excellent hunting adventure with lots of game. The organization knows their hunting and it was nice doing several drives a day. It comes with a prize but it's still good value for the money as it is another standard. There is a driven shooting stand to practise before hunting which was convenient to adjust my rifle scope after the flight.

We had a great time hunting with Driven Hunt Africa, participating for the first time on the driven hunt you can hardly believe all the kinds of game passing by. Already on the second day I fulfilled my dream of shooting a nice Kudu bull which I was very pleased with. The accommodation was new and outstanding. South Africa is beautiful, however there were more mountains then I imagined. That's personal of course but therefor I mentioned good at destination.
